I´ve read about carrageenan causing cancer, doesn´t it include raw carrageenan?
And, in Sweden the healthfood movement use flaxoil instead of the seeds because of the crushed flaxseeds ability to turn into hydrocyanic acid when eating it. Is there a difference between the golden ones and the brown ones?
